I tended to procrastinate. Put things off until a later time. But getting up for the MIT team calls early 3 days a week caused me to get a lot more accomplished.

Attending the MIT team calls started my days out on a positive note. And I found that you can get a lot more accomplished when you start your day out with a positive message.

Getting up early for so long to attend the MIT Team calls in the morning became a habit. I still get up early in the morning therefore I get much more accomplished each day.

The MIT call captured my attention during a time when, I was struggling with a transition from one career to another. The MIT call gave me something great to utilize as a start to an unexpected day. When coach Nevada and or, her guest speakers would open with prayer then deliver a message of eloquent profundity... I knew, I was a beneficiary of life changing things to come.

As suspected the MIT team call aided me tremendously. It was strengthening my then, horrible time management woes

 The call challenged me to show up on time. -Fearful of missing my blessing! The content shared on the calls were a Segway to me holding myself accountable to the days responsibilities before me.

I began taking control of my time and utilizing it more efficiently. This made me a better person and brought about better results. Sometimes we "see problems" and start blaming. Not realizing that WE ourselves are OUR problem. Nevada helped me to take a look at me. May I add that she did it lovingly. We became great friends as we began talking more "offline. "

Nevada gave freely of her time with me. After a few conversations with her I knew, God had favored me! I found a very pure reflection of my heart and spirit of giving housed in Nevada. I realized that we were two people who cared about others at, the same infinite levels.

Nevada is a completely, unselfish, passionately, professional person who, in my opinion does not receive a tenth of what she exudes. I am truly thankful for her example of leadership and friendship.

As previously stated... I attribute the change in my time management to Ms. Nevada. I am much better at being on time. Additionally, have become a women conscious of setting boundaries so I can accelerate, execute and continue to produce great results.

I just want to tell you that I love and appreciate you Nevada Howard. You are truly a gift. God has smiled on me by giving me you as a Sister and friend.
